The worst States for underprivileged children


In honor of International Youth Day that takes place this week, the personal finance site WalletHub released a map showing the best and worst states for disadvantaged children. As the site notes, there are about 16.1 million impoverished children in America today, and some states are doing a better job caring for these vulnerable youths than others.
